Our upper floors are host to the 3,000 sqft recording studio and indie film related offices and editing facility, while the 2,600 sqft basement level is host to the acting/casting studio. Our basement space has been designed to be a flexible multi-use; for instructional space, film screenings, private parties, photography, video, performance or anything else that requires a large open space. Green and blue screen set-ups, 300 inch projector, professional sound system, seating for 60+ and a drive in garage door with 12 ft ceilings. All floors host functional kitchens and full baths. Exterior garden has; hot tub, BBQ, wood & flagstone decks, grass, and a Zen raking garden adding full deck to the front of THE LOT in spring of 2011 to double as a stage for summer concert series.
