Introducing: STUDIOS at the BINDERY First Fridays!

The newly open Bindery on Blake features Artist Studios at 2901 Blake St, Suite 120. Check out the studios this First Friday! Studios include Tim Mooney, Acorn Bookbinding, Conor O'Donnell and Calvin Lee.

Calvin Lee (Studio #10) will feature art and Chinese calligraphy great as a Valentine's Day gift. Calvin works in oil, ink and watercolor. There will be originals and prints for sale in all price points. The colors of the some of the images and calligraphy are stunningly Valentine red. There will also be other art of landscapes, figures, portraits and social commentary. (Image by Calvin Lee)

Live painting and exhibition of works by Ethan Hoekstra:
Since a child, Ethan Hoekstra dabbled in the arts through sketches and drawing, creating new characters and cartoons. Ethan's grandmother, a brilliant oil painter, inspired Ethan to expand his medium to paint. When Ethan's beloved grandmother passed he pridefully inherited her supplies and ever since has had a "painting fever." Ethan enjoys working mostly in acrylics and has yet to find a passion in which he enjoyed more than putting paint on canvas.
